You need to be 18 or older to create an account and book, or have a parent or guardian do it for you. Each account belongs to one person, and the details you give us must be accurate.

3. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, to post false information, or to disrupt the site. Automated access — bots, scrapers or bulk downloads — is not allowed.
4. Information and bookings
Place details, opening hours and tips are guidance and can change. The price and availability that apply are the ones confirmed at checkout, and every booking follows the terms and conditions and the cancellation and refund policy.
5. Reviews and content you send us
Reviews must describe your own experience. We may decline or remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to the experience.
6. Suspension
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks this policy. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we will review it.
